AivanceLabs, Inc. ("AivanceLabs", "we", "us", or "our") builds artificial intelligence automation products and services. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and secure information in connection with our websites, SaaS platform, and professional services (collectively, the "Services").

  • Content data: Documents and inputs processed by KompareDocs, stored according to customer instructions.

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted subprocessors who assist in hosting, analytics, customer support, or security subject to contractual safeguards. We also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to deliver the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers control the retention of content data processed within KompareDocs.

AivanceLabs implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and industry best practices. We monitor for threats, conduct regular assessments, and offer advanced security options such as customer-managed keys.

7. International transfers

We operate globally and may transfer information to countries where we or our service providers operate. When required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting privacy@aivancelabs.com.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for removal.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date and provide notice where required.
